Historic Renovation Provincetown, MA

Completion of this major historic colonial renovation has been a great reward to our company. Our team at Lower Cape Construction, Inc. worked closely with Parker Thompson who was the general contractors on this project. Since day one of the renovation we exceeded the challenges and brought back the timeless history of this home. While the exterior of this seaside home was preserved to its historical value the interior underwent major renovations to open the floor plan with endless modern features.

Provincetown, MA Interior Renovation

This cottage was not suited for the owners needs so we gutted the interior and started from scratch. This renovation has a complete open floor plan with a new sleeping loft. The design and details give this space the feel of a boathouse cottage. Yet a small space this has all the modern amenities needed in today’s world.
