Mark Lisbon Mark Lisbon Co-Owner and Treasurer of Lower Cape Construction, Inc. has a vast knowledge of hands on building. As field operations manager Mark has the ability to oversee and complete projects on time, with quality that exceeds all expectations. Whether it’s operating heavy machinery or building 6000 sq ft homes Mark has the skills and talent to do achieve anything. Randy Rovatti

Randy Rovatti is the newest member of the team, with an impressive background that exceeds 23 years in custom home building. Randy’s knowledge allows Lower Cape Construction, Inc. to continue to build bigger and better. He operated his own building company for over 20 years and has built custom homes that exceed 15,000 sq ft.
